This 2mm hooded wetsuit vest will provide you lightweight protection without reducing your range of motion. Since we lose a large percentage of our body heat through our head, this hooded vest will keep you warm and protect against heat loss in and out of the water.

Also, this vest is fantastic for protecting your head, neck and torso from the elements, including sunburn and stings. Unlike traditional hoods, the vest gives you complete coverage on your neck, and keeps your core temperature controlled as well.

It is also perfect for layering under your wetsuit for additional warmth, especially in our brisk California waters, and it can be worn all year long. Addtionally, this hooded vest is also an ideal piece to wear on its own for swimming, paddling, diving, snorkeling and many other activities, or when you are diving in warmer locations and do not want to wear a full wetsuit. 

The ultra-comfortable TROPIC glove features a 1.5mm neoprene back for added comfort and warmth. Reinforced fingers and a soft Amara fabric palm provide good finger dexterity while resisting punctures. The TROPIC provides excellent protection against infection-prone finger cuts when grasping barnacle-encrusted dive ladders in tropical waters.
