We want you to be happy with your purchase and your dive experience! Please review our updated return and refund policy below.


🛍️ Retail Returns (Gear & Products)

Return Window:
You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return an item.

Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, dry, and in original condition

  • All original packaging must be included

  • No gear that has been submerged in water can be returned

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Before Returning:
Please email us first at blueholicscuba@yahoo.com to confirm your return. We may request photos of the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is over $75, we recommend a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Any item that has been used or submerged in water

  • Items returned after 15 days


🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us first, then send your item to the return address above.


🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.


⛴️ Boat Trip Policies

Boat trips are non-refundable, but we understand plans change.

  • Tickets can be transferred to another date with 1 week’s notice

  • All payments are non-refundable but redeemable as a rain check (credit) within 24 months

  • Trips are non-transferable within 1 week of departure

  • Seasickness prevention is strongly recommended

  • Please double-check your contact information to receive trip updates


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
