Freediving is the art of breath-hold diving—exploring the underwater world without the use of scuba gear. This ancient practice dates back to cultures that dived for sponges and seafood, with mentions by Plato as early as the Archaic Period. Today, freediving has evolved into a popular sport for ocean lovers, offering a serene and challenging way to connect with the underwater world.
Our freediving course is a self-paced training program designed to help you build the skills, techniques, and confidence needed to freedive safely and effectively. Whether you're new to freediving or looking to refine your skills, this course will guide you from the basics to deeper dives, with optional spearfishing as part of your journey.
✅ Self-Paced Learning: You decide how quickly you progress! While we suggest an 8-week guideline, you can attend pool sessions as often as needed before advancing to ocean dives.
✅ Expert Instruction: Learn breath-hold techniques, equalization, and safety protocols from experienced freedivers.
✅ Real-World Practice: Start in the pool, then advance to open water boat trips once comfortable. By the end of the course, our goal is for you to confidently dive up to 40 feet for up to 2 minutes.
📌 This is a training course only and does not include a PADI freediving certification.

This popular freediving weight belt is made of high-grade silicone, micro-elastic, and is a good anti-slip because of its beautiful and smooth finish. Due to the shrinking of the wetsuit, this silicone weight belt will prevent any weights moving. This beautifully crafted ‘Enjoy Dive’ weight belt also comes with a marine-grade stainless steel 316 buckle which is easy to open in case of emergency.
Not only does this freediving weight belt have a smooth and beautiful looking finish. The weight belt is also strong, durable and resistant against salt, chlorine, UV and solvents.
A very special and unique feature of this silicone weight belt is the cutting lines printed onto the silicone to assist in cutting the weight belt to the perfect size.
This freediving weight belt comes in 1.5m/59 inches and is 45mm wide with a thickness of 4.5mm.
This weight belt is made of a high-grade and durable silicone gel which feels moderately soft while able to resist a pulling force of well over 200kg.
The silicone weight belt comes with a marine-grade 316 stainless steel buckle.
The buckle pin is positioned in a right angle so that it holds well, and can be easily undone in case of an emergency.
The belt body is equipped with cutting lines which can be cut to a comfortable length when the weight belt feels too long.
The smooth finish of the belt creates more than enough resistance to prevent any slipping on the freediver waist.
Riffe float lines link your speargun to a float. Once a fish is speared, you can rest assured knowing the location of your fish using the float as a marker. The float line and float tire the fish while you are able to surface for another breath. Also works as a marker for safety while in the water. Made in the USA
