Installation Overview

Take your time—placement matters.

  1. Put on your exposure suit and BCD.

  2. Mark where your hand naturally falls on your thigh (many divers place it slightly forward; some sidemount divers prefer the back of the thigh).

  3. Remove the suit and lay it flat.

  4. Prep the area with Cotol 240 or toluene (not included) and allow to dry.

  5. Apply Aquaseal™ (half to the suit, half to the pocket).

  6. Wait 10 minutes, then press the pocket firmly into place.

  7. Weight it down and allow to cure at least 24 hours—do not disturb during curing.
