We highly recommend bringing a slate for Advanced training—it makes communication smoother during navigation training and helps you stay more relaxed underwater.

The SEAC seal dry backpack is a tall carry all bag to fit your freediving & spearfishing gear and take it to and from the dive site if you're diving in remote locations or for the long walk to the boat. The main section is a large open dry bag made from watertight tarpaulin, the back has a pair of adjustable shoulder straps and around the sides are mesh pockets and a front pocket for your fins.
