PADI Specialty Diver Bundle

This bundle allows certified divers to complete two PADI Specialty courses at a reduced rate. Each specialty earns an official PADI Specialty certification card and counts toward the Master Scuba Diver rating.

Specialties are completed on scheduled trips or by demand, depending on the course.

Course Details

• Includes: 2 PADI Specialty Courses

• Prerequisite: Open Water Diver (or equivalent)

• Minimum Age: 15

• Location: Southern California

• Certification: 2 PADI Specialty Cards

Boat trips and dive locations vary by specialty and conditions.

Available Specialties

Divers may choose any two from the following:

• Peak Performance Buoyancy

• Deep Diver

• Enriched Air (Nitrox) Diver

• Underwater Navigation

• Fish Identification

• Wreck Diver

• Night Diver

How Specialties Are Scheduled

Regularly Offered (Local Trips)

These specialties can often be completed on regulator dives or standard boat trips:

• Peak Performance Buoyancy

• Deep Diver

• Fish Identification

• Underwater Navigation

By Demand / Special Trips

These specialties are scheduled once interest is confirmed and may require specific locations or timing:

• Wreck Diver (including oil rigs)

• Night Diver

Trips may be completed on smaller boats or during weekday evenings with an instructor.

Gear Requirements

Standard scuba gear is required for all specialties, including:

• Mask, snorkel, fins

• BCD and regulator

• Exposure protection appropriate for Southern California (7mm recommended)

• Dive computer

• Surface Marker Buoy (SMB)

Additional gear may be required depending on specialty, such as:

• Dive light (night & wreck)

• Reel or spool (wreck & navigation)

• Cutting tool

Gear requirements will be confirmed prior to each specialty.

Full gear rentals are available for $85. Waived with purchase of personal gear (Mask, Snorkel, Fins, Boots and Gloves), BCD or Regulator.
